Shipping

Shipping methods include UPS and FedEx. We ship parts all over the world. Shipping restrictions do apply to some countries. Tracking numbers will be sent via email to the email listed on the account. Additional support for your tracking number can be reached at your carrier’s web site or phone number. That information will also be listed in your shipping tracking number confirmation email.

Privacy and Security 

Printer Parts Exchange understands that many people are concerned about the way companies use their personal and company information on the internet. While on our site we may collect information such as company name, point of contact for that company, address, and any other information pertinent to your order. Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is only used to bill the user for products and services. Printer Parts Exchange will not share any of personal and account information with strategic partners and suppliers or any other entities involved in your transaction. We may disclose your account information in responses to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, as required by law. Security is a necessary part of every online store. Your security is our primary concern.
Returns and Replacements

Returns are simple. If you don't use a product within 30 days you will receive a 100% credit (without shipping fees) once the product is returned.
  • After 30 days a 20% restock fee will be assessed.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 60 days from purchase.
  • An RMA number is needed to return items.
All RMA requests should be sent to cshelp@printerparts-exchange.com Return address will be given at that time. We do not refund shipping charges, unless it is a defective Green (refurbished/compatible) product we supply.
